Naomi is a skilled HR and employee relations professional with over ten years of hands-on experience supporting directors and senior managers across a wide range of employment-related matters. Her focus is on helping organisations navigate both every day and complex workplace issues while reducing risk and avoiding costly employment tribunal claims.
She has extensive experience advising on disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns, offering clear, practical guidance that aligns with employment law and best practice. Naomi is also highly effective in coaching and mentoring line managers through challenging employee relations cases, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
A key part of Naomi’s success lies in her ability to build knowledge across teams. She has developed and delivered tailored training on workplace employment law and HR topics, equipping managers with the skills they need to make informed decisions and manage people effectively.
Naomi holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of Scotland and a qualification in Employment Law Practice and Procedure at SCQF Level 10. She is also a member of the CIPD. Her blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise allows her to deliver dependable, business-focused HR support.
