Our free initial consultation allows one of our employment law specialists to:
- Confirm there are no conflicts of interest.
- Understand the key facts and legal context of your situation.
- Outline your options and explain the next steps; and
- Provide a clear, tailored fee quote for providing advice, support, and/or representation, if appropriate.
We cannot and should not provide specific legal advice to individuals who are not clients. Doing so without a full understanding of the facts could be misleading or unethical.

For Employers:
We provide expert advice and support on all employment and HR-related matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, TUPE, contracts, policies, and compliance. Whether you require one-off guidance or ongoing support through our annual retainer, our team is here to help you manage people confidently and compliantly.
For Employees:
We can advise on Settlement Agreements and provide advice and support during the ACAS Early Conciliation process. Please note, however, that we do not provide representation at Employment Tribunal hearings.
