Ashley is proficient in quickly recognising client needs, is proactive and always accessible to clients, and consistently delivers clear, expert advice as employment issues progress. Ashley routinely advises clients on contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance hearings, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, employment tribunal claims, TUPE and executive dismissals & negotiated departures.

Ashley’s positive and pragmatic approach ensures clients consistently receive excellent support and her straight-talking style provides reassurance to clients that their complex employment issues are in good hands. Ashley holds a Professional Practicing Certificate in Employment Law (Level 4) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals (IoP) and is a member of the Professional Paralegal Register (PPR). She is a certified employment law practitioner, has a Certificate in HR Management, a BTEC qualification in Employment Law Practice and Procedure at QCF Level 3 and an SCQF Level 10 qualification in Employment Law.
